Alhamdulillaah, the Guided by the Light Qur’an mentorship is a course that I’ve always dreamt of attending.
Although I grew up memorizing the Qur’an, learning Islamic Studies and Arabic, I always felt that there is a gap somewhere. I didn’t know how to fill that and I maybe thought that I need to adequately revise, however consistent revision only made my hifdh strong but the attempt to get the true essence from its message was always lost. Sometimes when I saw people in my family or outside of it who have memorized lesser portions but they always recited the right verse at the right place, I knew I was missing out on something big.
